The Race Is On
We’ve all watched turtles walk, right? And we all know they walk very slowly. But have you ever watched them race? You heard me right. If you haven’t, it’s quite a site, especially my turtles – they’re part of one of my game shows, The Race Is On. Mind you, they’re not real, but how they race, is quite a treat. There can be as many as 8 races in the game, 2 rounds of 4 races each. In each of the races there are 6 different turtles that compete against one another for first, second or third place – the only winning positions. Watching them compete against one another, to say the least, is quite amusing. Why? Each of the turtles has its own unique personality and method in pursuit of the finish line.
How do the races work? All audience members are supplied with a voucher, free of charge. This qualifies them to choose which turtle they think to be the winner, one selection per race. After reviewing a profile of each turtle, they present their voucher and choose the turtle of their choice to win the race. At this time, they receive a betting ticket of confirmation. Depending upon whether their turtle finished first, second or third, they receive tickets that are later submitted for a raffle after the final race has come to an end.
Who knows, you might be a winner in all 8 races.
